Refund & Exchange Policy

We stand by our products and quality and believe that you will as well. Therefore, all sales are final. However, we do understand that there may be some circumstances that may cause for an exchange. All products must be in the same condition as it was shipped and exchanges are only allowed within 14 days from the delivery date. If you have any issues with your order please contact us at support@bmdtgo.com. All exchanges must be sent via email for approval.

Shipping Expectations

Please allow 2-3 business days for your orders to be processed after your order date. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, however it takes between 3-7 business days for US orders to be delivered.

During peak business seasons, there may be slight delays in processing times and shipment. Please allow up to 10-20 days from the order day for your order to be received. We try our best to update all of our customers with order updates. If you have any questions regarding your order, please do not hesitate to contact support@bmdtgo.com.

Please make sure that your shipping address is inputted correctly prior to submitting your order. We will not be able to edit your billing or shipping address prior to fulfillment and shipment. All customers have 24 hours to contact BMDTGO's Customer Support Team - add email via email to request to cancel the order. If the order is not canceled, the order will be fulfilled and shipped to the order on file. Due to fraudulent activities and to protect all of our customers, we cannot make any address changes to open orders.
